Ownership and Scope

This Notice applies to MiniITXBoard.com and to materials made available through associated product pages, downloads, tools, quotations, support channels, technical resources, emails, presentations, and project portals.

References to “MiniITXBoard materials” include materials owned by MiniITXBoard and materials that MiniITXBoard is authorized to publish. Third-party materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.

Copyright protection generally arises automatically when an eligible original work is created. A copyright notice is used here to make ownership and permitted use clearer; it is not the sole basis of protection.

Materials Covered by This Notice

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, protected materials may include:

A compilation, database, table, or product taxonomy may contain individual facts that are not protected by copyright while the original selection, coordination, arrangement, wording, or presentation may still be protected.

Ideas, Facts, Standards, and Functional Information

Copyright generally protects original expression, not the underlying idea, procedure, method of operation, mathematical concept, engineering principle, or functional result.

MiniITXBoard does not claim copyright ownership over public facts or third-party standards merely because they appear on the website. Examples may include nominal Mini-ITX dimensions, publicly published processor specifications, standard connector names, electrical formulas, industry terminology, and facts attributed to another source.

Patent, trademark, trade-secret, contract, database, unfair-competition, confidentiality, or other rights may apply even where copyright does not.

Limited Permission for Internal Business Use

Subject to this Notice, MiniITXBoard grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to view and make a reasonable number of copies of publicly available website materials for legitimate internal purposes such as:

• Evaluating a MiniITXBoard product, platform, service, or supplier relationship.
• Preparing an internal engineering, sourcing, procurement, compliance, or management review.
• Integrating, operating, maintaining, or supporting a lawfully obtained MiniITXBoard product.

This limited permission does not apply to source code, CAD, Gerber, schematics, editable design files, unpublished documents, restricted downloads, customer-specific materials, or materials governed by separate terms.

Technical Documents and Engineering Data

Datasheets, manuals, mechanical drawings, connector definitions, pinouts, block diagrams, validation reports, firmware notes, certificates, and similar documents may be used to evaluate or operate the identified product, subject to the revision, purpose, and restrictions stated in the document.

Receiving or accessing a technical document does not by itself grant a right to:

• Manufacture, clone, reverse engineer, modify, or create a derivative board or product.
• Remove revision identifiers, confidentiality labels, watermarks, or proprietary legends.
• Disclose restricted documents outside the approved project team.
• Reuse drawings, diagrams, test results, or specifications as your own product documentation.
• Represent an engineering sample, preliminary drawing, or historical revision as current production documentation.

Product documentation may be revised. Users are responsible for confirming the correct model, revision, configuration, and effective document before relying on technical information.

Uses That Require Prior Written Permission

Except where expressly authorized by MiniITXBoard or permitted by applicable law in a way that cannot be restricted, you may not:

• Copy, republish, syndicate, distribute, broadcast, sell, license, or publicly display substantial website content.
• Translate, adapt, rewrite, redraw, animate, modify, or create derivative versions for publication or commercial use.
• Reuse product photographs, renders, diagrams, tables, comparison formats, or article graphics on another commercial website, marketplace, catalog, brochure, or social account.
• Mirror the website, frame pages, remove branding, obscure source information, or present MiniITXBoard content as belonging to another party.
• Hotlink to hosted images, downloads, scripts, or media in a way that consumes resources or bypasses the intended page context.
• Use content in misleading advertising, counterfeit listings, unauthorized distributor pages, or any presentation implying endorsement, authorization, certification, or affiliation.
• Remove copyright notices, metadata, watermarks, attribution, digital-rights information, or technical protection measures.
• Use restricted content in violation of an NDA, portal restriction, quotation, license, or customer-specific agreement.

A link, attribution, citation, or statement that “credit is given” does not replace the need for permission when permission is otherwise required.

Automated Access, Data Extraction, and AI Use

Normal indexing by generally recognized search engines may occur in accordance with published robots instructions and reasonable technical practices. That limited allowance does not authorize unrestricted automated extraction or reuse.

Unless MiniITXBoard gives written permission or applicable law expressly permits the activity, you may not use robots, crawlers, scripts, browser automation, scraping tools, or similar methods to:

• Build or refresh a competing product database, catalog, pricing service, supplier directory, content site, or lead-generation service.
• Systematically copy product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, categories, articles, FAQs, downloads, or contact information.
• Collect substantial portions of the website for text-and-data mining, model training, retrieval systems, synthetic content generation, benchmarking, or dataset creation.
• Bypass rate limits, access controls, robots instructions, authentication, download restrictions, or other technical measures.
• Place an unreasonable load on the website or interfere with security, availability, analytics, or normal visitor access.

Requests for API access, licensed datasets, research use, archival use, or machine-learning use should describe the fields, volume, frequency, storage period, output, commercial purpose, and security controls involved.

Trademarks, Trade Names, Logos, and Product Names

MiniITXBoard names, logos, slogans, visual brand elements, and source identifiers may be protected by trademark, unfair-competition, passing-off, company-name, or related laws. Copyright permission does not automatically include trademark permission.

Third-party company names, processor names, platform names, standards, logos, and product marks shown on the website belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification, compatibility, technical reference, or descriptive purposes and does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

You may make accurate, non-misleading textual reference to MiniITXBoard products when reasonably necessary to identify a genuine product or compatibility. You may not use MiniITXBoard branding in a company name, domain, marketplace identity, logo, advertisement, product label, or presentation that creates confusion about source, authorization, or partnership.

Patents, Design Rights, Know-How, and No Implied License

MiniITXBoard products, board layouts, mechanical solutions, thermal structures, firmware functions, manufacturing methods, customization processes, and other technology may be protected by patents, design rights, trade secrets, know-how, contract, or other intellectual-property rights.

Publication of a product page, photograph, diagram, specification, or technical explanation does not grant any implied license to make, have made, import, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or practice a patented invention or protected design.

Rights to customer-funded engineering, non-recurring engineering, tooling, custom firmware, source files, manufacturing packages, or project deliverables are governed by the applicable written agreement. Payment of an NRE charge does not by itself transfer all underlying intellectual property.

Third-Party, Licensed, and Open-Source Materials

Some website or product materials may include third-party photographs, marks, specifications, documents, software, open-source components, fonts, icons, libraries, code, or other licensed content.

Those materials remain governed by the applicable owner’s terms. A MiniITXBoard copyright notice does not override an open-source license, software license, standards-body restriction, supplier notice, stock-media license, or other third-party condition.

Where required, license notices, attribution, source-offer information, or separate terms are provided in the relevant download, documentation, software package, device interface, or license file. Users must comply with those terms.

Linking, Citation, Press, and Educational Reference

You may ordinarily link to a publicly accessible MiniITXBoard page using the page title or a brief, accurate description, provided the link does not imply endorsement, authorization, or affiliation and does not frame or obscure the original page.

Brief quotations for criticism, review, journalism, scholarship, research, or similar purposes may be permitted by applicable law. How to Request Permission

Approved use may be subject to attribution, link, placement, file, quality, territory, duration, review, fee, or other conditions. We may decline a request or require a separate license agreement.

Reporting Copyright or Intellectual-Property Concerns

If you believe content on MiniITXBoard.com infringes rights that you own or are authorized to enforce, send a detailed notice to info@miniitxboard.com.

A useful notice should include:

1. Your full name, organization, role, mailing address, email address, and telephone number.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work, trademark, design, or other right concerned.
3. The exact MiniITXBoard URL or sufficiently precise location of the challenged material.
4. An explanation of why the use is unauthorized, including relevant ownership or registration information where available.
5. A statement that the information supplied is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.

Enforcement, Reservations, and Updates

MiniITXBoard may investigate suspected infringement, preserve evidence, send notices, request removal, suspend access, disable links, enforce contractual rights, or pursue other remedies available under applicable law.

Failure to enforce a right in one situation is not a waiver of that right or permission for another use. A permission is limited to the material, purpose, audience, duration, territory, and conditions stated in the approval.

We may update this Notice to reflect changes in the website, materials, licensing practices, technology, or law. The revised page will show an updated date. An existing written license or agreement is not retroactively changed unless its terms permit the change or the parties agree.

This Notice provides general information about website and content use. It does not replace the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, NDA, quotation, product license, software license, statement of work, supply agreement, or other document applicable to a particular transaction.
