UK Lab Replaces Legacy Controller with Silent, Sterile Mini-PCBA

In a private diagnostic lab outside Cambridge, a recurring issue with fan noise and dust intake forced a full redesign of a blood testing station. The lab needed something compact, quiet, and medically compliant—but with USB support for centrifuge controls, touchscreen UI, and data backup.

We provided a fanless Intel-based Mini-PCBA with 8 USB ports, internal headers for clean cable routing, and medical-grade power filtering.

Smart Transit Upgrade in Toronto with Rugged AI Edge System
